Thank you for purchasing my music! You have made an investment in a living artist and a small business, and I am seriously so grateful for the opportunity to speak to each other through sheet music. If you have any questions about the music or the purchase process, please contact me.
payment
The quickest and easiest way to make a payment is to use a school or personal credit card when checking out from the online store. If you are unable to make this purchase with a credit card and need to use a school purchase order, please email me at eharpstead@gmail.com. Purchases made through my website are facilitated by Wix and are subject to their eCommerce terms. My website may include links to purchase my music through another seller, and those sales are subject to those sellers' terms.
delivery
Once an order is placed, you will receive the product via PDF (may arrive via Google Drive) to the email provided during purchase. You will not receive a print copy of the product unless you have arranged it with me.
USE
Your PDFs are for your use only. You are authorized to use your downloaded performance sets of pdf files for your purposes and your purposes only. Please don’t share them with any other ensemble, as it is a violation of copyright law to forward or make additional printouts or photocopies of a score.
performance
My work is free to perform, and you do not need to obtain my permission to do so. If you can make a recording of either a rehearsal or performance, I’d appreciate receiving a copy. If you have a concert program to share, even better! That helps me report the performance to ASCAP.
returns
Due to the ability of a customer to duplicate materials delivered electronically, all Harpstead Music products are nonrefundable. Please report any non-delivery or defect within thirty days of purchase. All reasonable efforts will be made to rectify any concerns to the satisfaction of both parties.
